We remain open and shipping as normal. Please be patient with receiving your delivery and allow some extra time for it to arrive due to Covid-19.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We will arrange to forward your goods using a courier service or Australia Post. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. We are able to deliver to most areas of Australia, as well as internationally. 

We aim for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.  We dispatch orders every business day and your order will normally be packed and shipped the the next business day if not sooner. During sale and holiday periods this may be up to 3 business days by exception. If your order is urgent please drop us an email at info@petitejolie.com.au and we will do our best to assist you. Once your order has been dispatched the delivery time and day is out of Petite Jolie's control, tracking details will be sent to you via confirmation e-mail.

While majority of packages will be delivered within 3-5 business days, please allow up to 2 weeks shipping time for metro areas, up to 3 weeks for rural areas in Australia and 6 weeks internationally from the date of payment, if you have not received your goods within this period, please contact us.

DELIVERY PRICING

Cloud Book Shelves - Australia Wide Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate of $15, free for any orders over $300 (excluding shipping).

Australia Wide Standard tracked shipping is FREE for all orders over $300 (excluding shipping). For orders under this amount the shipping fee is a flat rate of $8 excluding bulky items

Australia Wide Express tracked shipping is a flat rate of $13 excluding bulky items.

Local Delivery is available in postcodes 2022, 2026, 2029, 2030. Please contact us at info@petitejolie.com.au prior to ordering to confirm availability.

International Shipping is calculated at checkout considering item weight & destination.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
