POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We will arrange to forward your goods using a courier service or via Australia Post.  You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.  Delivery insurance and/or postage fees will be calculated on total weight and charged after processing your order, but will need to be pre-paid and is payable in addition to your order.  We are able to deliver to most areas of Australia, as well as internationally.  The majority of our goods are shipped via Australia Post.  Depending on the destination some items are shipped via a courier service.

We aim for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.  We strive to dispatch all orders the next business day but we may take up to 5 business days to dispatch your order during busy periods.  If your order is urgent please drop us an email and we can assist you.  Once your order has been dispatched the delivery time and day is out of our control.

You must also allow up to 2 weeks shipping time for metro areas and up to 3 weeks for rural areas in Australia and 6 weeks internationally from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is much quicker than this. If you have not received your goods within this period, please email us.

RETURNS POLICY AT PETITE JOLIE PTY LTD

Thank you for shopping at Petite Jolie.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product of the same value if:

– The product was purchased in the last 7 days

– The product is in its original packaging

– The product isn’t used or damaged

– You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Please email us with your name and request before sending back an order.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase along with a note indicating that you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) to:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind and for Pre-ordered items.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Petite Jolie. We reserve the right to make changes to shipping fees charged at checkout in the event that shipping fees have been miscalculated. *Bulky items such as furniture and lighting may incur extra shipping charges and these fall out of our ‘Free shipping over $300′ offer’. We will be in contact with you in this event to inform you of the additional charges. We will always endeavour to use the most economical method of shipping. Any additional courier fees incurred due to address errors or lack of specific delivery instructions that lead to an RTS parcel will be passed unto the customer and must be paid before parcel release.

Please ensure any specific delivery instructions are made in the ‘notes’ section of website. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to parcels that occur as a result of an ‘Authority to leave’ instruction.

 

Damaged or faulty Items

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Claims made more than 3 days after delivery cannot be considered for an exchange or refund.
